Richmond Club welcomes Alpha Global Catering to add a new dimension of food, complementing the already established fabulous cuisine provided by the Villaggio Bistro team.
Alain Alpha, Manager of Alpha Global Catering may not be from the Hawkesbury, but prides himself on employing local talent that know the Hawkesbury wants and needs.
He joins us armed with a wealth of catering experience which include, Olive & Oak – Easts Bondi Junction, Bella Pasta, Sawmill, Henry’s Bar & Restaurant plus a host of Clubs, not forgetting to mention his larger scale experience with time spent in Dubai and the Sydney Olympics. This will see him seamlessly slot into running our new café, “Abby’s”, and commanding the catering for Richmond Club functions.
