Thirsty Merc are one of Australia’s most electrifying live acts, with over 250,000 albums sold, 5 ARIA nominations, and a catalogue of hits woven into the nation’s soundtrack.
Formed in Sydney in 2002, they broke through with their self-titled debut in 2004, featuring Someday Someday and In The Summertime (the long-running Bondi Rescue theme). Follow-up albums Slideshows and Mousetrap Heart delivered fan favourites like 20 Good Reasons and Tommy and Krista.
Across two decades, the band has continued to evolve—releasing acoustic reworks, independent records, and a celebrated live album—while building a reputation for world-class musicianship and songwriting.
