You can book a site by calling us at 4578 1144.
+ Can I pick up my caravan at any time?
For security reasons, we require a staff member to be present during pick-up. Therefore, pick-up is available between 10 AM and 5 PM
+ Can I take my caravan for months and keep my spot?
Unfortunately, due to high demand, you cannot keep your spot if you take your caravan for months unless you pay to secure your spot.
+ Notice to Terminate Contract
Due to the very long-term nature of most customers, we require 14 days written notice to terminate your contract. We use this time to assist customers on wait lists. On the day you move out, we require you to come to the reception to finalise your account. Until you complete both of these steps, we will assume you wish to stay and will hold your space for you—meaning you will continue to be billed.
