Committed to keeping our community safe
WE’RE OPEN, WE’RE SAFE, WE’RE READY TO SERVE YOU

Update 14 January:
Members and guests, it is not mandatory you wear face masks in our bars, dining or outdoor gaming areas. Wearing face masks is a personal choice in these vacinities.

All our customer service staff wear face masks and we have plastic shields at our POS/servery areas for your health and wellbeing as part of our CovidSAFE plan and in keeping with NSW Public Health orders.

Richmond Club venues are designated CovidSAFE premises

Our staff follow State Government COVID-19 infection control regulations and Public Health Orders for your wellbeing and safety.

You can expect friendly and professional service from staff at all times as we work to prevent and help stop the spread of coronavirus in our community.
We thank our members and guests for respecting our staff for doing their jobs, by following the current Public Health regulations.

At this time, it is NO LONGER compulsary to be a member of Richmond Club to enter the premises.

However, you will be asked to digitally/electronically sign-in (as required by NSW Govt and NSW Health COVID-19 contact tracing) through QR codes at our entry. Members can continue to use their membership card, visitors can continue to use their driver’s license for identification.

You no longer need to be temperature checked upon entry but we do ask you consider sanitising your hands upon entry and, of course, continue to social distance in-line with government regulations, for the safety, comfort and wellbeing of all our members and guests.

Gaming floor and gaming machine CovidSafe measures

As you know, we took a very precautionary stance during COVID-19 on our gaming floor, which was shown by various measures we implemented, including correct 1.5m spacing and individual machine cleanliness reporting.

We have a COVID-19 Safety Plan in place, which includes:

*Quick, updated entry measures for members, guests and staff:
Door marshalls
Temperature checking is no longer required upon arrival, however if NSW Health changes guidelines, it will be re-introduced
Electronic sign-in details for contract tracing
Social distancing

*Hygiene and cleaning regimes as well as numerous sanitising stations

*Venue capacity limits for each of our rooms and the entire venue in keeping with square metre rules

*Record keeping

*Wellbeing of staff and customers. All staff trained in Covid19 infection control procedures

If you wish to find out more, call our reception staff on 4578 1144, or ask our CovidSafe Marshalls in our entry foyer when you visit.
