What’s Australia Day without a classic Thong Throwing competition?

The competition will run in 3 age categories (Male & Female), with two rounds per category.
• 12 years and under
• 13 – 17 years
• 18+
Terms & Conditions
• The competition is open to members and non-members. • Limit of 1 entry per person • The competition will be located on the Bowling Greens at the front of the Club. • The contestant who throws the thong the furthest will be declared the winner from each category. • A contestant who steps over the starting line when throwing the thong will automatically be counted as a disqualified throw and will need to do a re-throw. • A total of 3 re-throws are permitted per contestant. • Selected entries may be displayed through Richmond Club’s communication channels. No personal details will be uploaded; only the winner’s first name and age may be displayed. • All decisions made by the judging panel are final and no further correspondence will be entered into • Contestants must have registered via Clubs Website to enter and win a prize. • If a prize is lost after being awarded, Richmond Club are not responsible for providing a replacement or issuing another form of compensation for the lost prize. • By participating in the competition, it is automatic acceptance of the Terms & Conditions • Contestants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian supervision to join the Toss the Thong Competition on the day. • Once all prizes are awarded, no more will be given.
